Tan lines fade with the day light. Leaves descend, becoming one with the Earth.
As I sit here watching fall happen I can’t help but wonder why, in our evolution, we haven’t learned from Mother Nature. Why do we hold on so tight to our leaves, when it’s so beautiful to watch them change and then let them go.
Our “seasons“ as humans are drama packed and tumultuous. Reactions harbored in our DNA. Shoulders become hunched with the weight of problems.
But what if…
What if we let go? What if we blossomed instead of remaining a tight bud? What if we didn’t carry the weight of our problems and others with us?
What if we made a lasting impression of freedom instead?
